Customers are required to have correct customer and property information.
If appointments cannot be made due to the weather, emergency, or other circumstances, it may be rescheduled.
Customer Responsibilities
To receive quality treatment, customers agree to:

Do all pre-treatment and post-treatment as per instructions.

Pricing & Payments

There could be extra fees if the scope of work is altered after the inspection.
Service Warranty
A warranty is provided (where applicable) according to the program/service selected for the particular pest. New pest infestation which is directly caused by poor hygiene, structural issues, or uncontrollable situations outside will not be covered by warranty.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers can cancel or reschedule an appointment, providing notice. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
If pests are abundant, multiple treatments and good pest control practices may be required. If your tree has been damaged by previous infestations and/or not treated according to our recommendations, we cannot take responsibility for that.
Intellectual Property
